CueTask is a distraction-free offline audio player designed to help you stay focused on your daily tasks. The App features offline audio playback, custom playlists, a built-in focus timer, and daily task management. The app is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
4. User Responsibilities
When using CueTask, you agree to:

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

5. User Content
CueTask allows you to import and manage audio files and create daily tasks. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the legal right to import and play any audio files added to the App
- The content of any tasks or notes you create within the App
- Maintaining backups of your audio files and data
Audio files, playlists, and task data are stored locally on your device. We do not access, monitor, or store your content on our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, artwork, animations, visual effects, sound effects, code, and all other content, is owned by CueTask and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
7. User Data
App data such as audio files, playlists, tasks, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may interact with the following platform services:
- Apple App Store: Used for downloading and updating the App. Subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- App content or data will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CUETASK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any loss of audio files, playlists, tasks, or other data
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CueTask from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App from your device.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Posting notice in the App or App Store update notes
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
